City of Libby
Libby lies in the Kootenai National Forest in the extreme northwestern corner of Montana. The area is surrounded by dense forest and has long been a logging center. Many natural and man-made wonders are close by. To the east is Libby Dam, a 420-ft.-high dam that forms 90-mile-long Lake Koocanusa.
