Audience Awards Opens Submissions for Art Montana Competition


(Missoula, Mont.) –The Audience Awards and Porch Productions seek film submissions for the Art Montana
Short Film Competition. Filmmakers are invited to submit their films to compete for two weeks in the
Art Montana Short Film Competition at sponsored by Porch Productions.
The winner is chosen by the audience and is awarded $5,000 for 1st place, $2,500 for 2nd place
and $1,000 for 3rd place.

The competition is run by The Audience Awards, a networking platform connecting filmmakers, film
festivals and audiences through online short film competitions. The Art Montana Short Film
Competition is accepting 3-8 minute short films about Montana artists now through January 30,
2015 at

The films may include previously shot footage and will compete
in following the categories: Mixed Media, Native American Art, Performance Art, Fine Art and
Musicians. Entries in the Native American Art category may have further eligibility to be included
on The Montana Experience YouTube channel. The films will compete for two weeks from
February 3-17, 2015.

The film with the most votes wins $5,000, the second place film wins
$2500 and the third place film wins $1000 for a total of $8500 in cash prizes for the top three
most voted films.

Audiences worldwide can sign up for free to watch and vote for their favorite films. The audience
is allowed to vote for all of their favorite films once a day.
The fee is $20 to submit and the final deadline of January 30th.
